Saturday, March 29. 2008Hour Late
Man, it's 10 right now. I usually wake up at 9. I'm kind of mad about that. I thought the clock said 9 when I woke up! Geeze la weeze man! I don't like waking up late. Even if it is only 10. Makes me feel like I missed an hour on doing stuff!!
I'm thinking about making some bacon. My stomach is growling. hehe. Bacon and some sausage. Eh, maybe not the sausage. Last time I ate sausage I got all sick. So, I'll just stick to the bacon. Mmm...bacon. I have to clean the kitchen today. It looks so bad. Just the floor that is. I'm going to tell a friend about land for sale Branson. She's looking into moving away. Good luck to her! I already know where I'm moving away too. Friday Part 2
OKay, so I started doing some of the stitching and got really bored. I think I'll just surf the web for a little bit and then try to get back to it. I might search for some maternity clothing even though I have plenty right now. I need some maternity pants.
I'm really thankful that my mom got me so much stuff. Stuff as in maternity clothing. I have many outfits here and not to mention she's got a lot in Indiana waiting for me. So I'm pretty much set. I'll only need maybe one pair of maternity pants. Being as it's not very cold anymore. But it doesn't hurt to have a pair! Just on the safe side! Friday, March 28. 2008Babies!Why look all over the place for someone to do make your cards? Or why even bother trying to make your own? They probably won't come out as good as a professional. Looking for someone to make your holiday cards? They do that, too. Birth announcements, baby shower invitations and holiday cards. They have it all. So search no more!! Here they are. I'm going to check them out, you should too! Sunday, March 23. 2008Day at the Lake
Yesterday Nick, Sean, Xena and I all went to the lake on Nick's boat. It was a lot of fun. Nick and I woke up at 8 and started getting ready. Nick wanted to spend the whole day there. Xena woke up at 8 too, but she wasn't too happy. It took a lot to get her out of bed. She usually doesn't wake up til' 11. Haha, what a bum.
Anyway, we finally got out to the lake at about noon. Nick wanted to be there at 11, but we had things we had to pick up before we could get out on the water. We all got pretty burnt. But that's okay. On my legs the only thing that got burnt were my knees. Haha, how funny does that look. Pretty funny. We stopped at some land to let Xena out to swim. We didn't want her to jump out of the boat while we were in the deep part of the water because we wouldn't get back on the boat. It'd be too hard for her. So she swam around for a good hour. Man, was she beat. She fell asleep on the boat right after her swim. Haha. I tried to get into some tube thing...and well, I ended up falling into the water. Which was cold. I thought I was going to die. Haha. I didn't know how to get back on the boat! Nick was saying, there's a ladder right there! I couldn't see it. Turns out I was suppose to unlatch it. PSH. I was sinking man! hahah. Everyone got to laugh at my expense. Well, that's all that I did. Pretty fun I'd say. Friday, March 21. 2008Good Ol' Tv As I was reading a post on my mom's site, it got me thinking about how different TV is now. I mean, remember all those classics? All the shows now all seem to be the same. They all have the same plot, just different people. The cartoons now all are anime and basically are about the same thing. There's nothing new and original. Sure, the producers have taken classics like Spider Man and kids still get to watch it. But, it's not the same. Spider Man now has all these fancy outfits and the artwork is so detailed. Call me old fashioned, but I like the old Spider Man. The old Batman. The old Ninja Turtles. When I was my brother's age, you know what I was watching? Bugs Bunny. Bugs Bunny dressing up like a woman. I found it the funniest thing ever. I also loved watching the Magic School Bus. Now my youngest brother is watching these anime cartoons that I can't even pronounce the name. The one thing about his cartoons, is they all have these monsters on cards. I don't understand it. I guess Pokemon really started some trend. I don't know. TV just isn't the same. It makes you think, what are they going to air in 10 years? I mean, they already show partial nudity on TV..so in 10 years, will it all just be some giant porno? Oi. TV is going to be a scary thing. I've noticed that people already let the TV control them. For example, Nick. The first thing he does when he comes home is turns on the TV. I've asked him several times, can't you just sit there and read? Or listen to music? Why do you have to have the tv on? He has tried to go without...but watching him without the tv on when it's sitting right there is like watching a crack addict without his crack. It's really bad. So I'm asking, how long can you go without the TV on?
