Sorry for not posting for the past couple of days. At least it's not a couple weeks late. I've been pretty busy working and taking care of Jeremy. Jeremy doesn't sleep very often these days. Only at night. So it gets a little hectic here. Yesterday, Jeremy didn't want to sleep at all. So what did we do? We baked cookies. I took pictures. Now it's the waiting game. I gotta wait on my sister to upload them since I used her camera. I made the thumb print cookies. They turned out pretty tasty.

Today I finished my daily work and now I am catching up on what I missed yesterday. I'm doing alright. I have about 70 more questions to answer and then I'll be caught up. Well, kind of. I'll still be missing one day of work. But, it's better than two. This weekend I will catch up on that day I missed and then some. Just to be ahead in case I miss another day.

Anyway, enough blogging. I'm going to go finish working and then look at commercial real estate.

I know I posted about the cookies and cupcakes that my sister and I made, so now I will post the pictures of them.

Here's the peanut butter whoopie cookies I made:

They all turned out so good. The cookies had peanut butter filling and the cupcakes had peanut butter frosting with snickers in the middle. They were absolutely delicious. Next week I am going to try making thumb print cookies with chocolate melted in the middle. That is if I have time. I will probably do it on Wednesday because for some reason that's the day that Jeremy doesn't take any naps and I don't get any work done. Maybe one day my sister and I can bake cookies and cupcakes for unique hotels! How cool would that be? Okay, I'll keep dreaming.

The other day when I baked cookies, Jeremy woke up towards the end. I didn't want to stop everything I was doing to go in the room. So instead I brought his swing into the kitchen and he sat and watched me and his aunt bake! It was a lot of fun with him in the kitchen. He really enjoyed the sound that my sister's mixer made. When she would turn it off, he would get a little upset over it. So I told her to keep mixing something for him! He loves being the center of attention. If we would look away to do something else, he would yell at us so we would bring our attention back to him. He is so adorable.

He is on his way home right now. I am pretty excited about that. I really missed him this weekend. Anyway, I have to look into some auto insurance for my sister. She is too lazy to do it herself.

I am pretty sure everyone has noticed the new layout. Well, it was not intended to look this way. I picked a different layout and this is what came out. It is kind of irritating considering this layout is something to puke over. I don't know what to do. It is not on my end. It's all messed up due to serendipity. So I guess I'll have to wait it out until they do something? I don't know. I don't have time to mess with it or try to figure out what is going on.

The past couple of days have been wonderful. It hasn't been cold or anything! It's been so nice. I am tired of cold weather. Right now it is about 70 degrees out. I am not complaining. Although, it is a little humid. But hey, it beats it being cold. I walked to the store without wearing a sweater. It felt so nice. But, I can't get use to it. We are due to drop back into the 30's and 40's next week. That's still not too bad.

Tonia is on her way here right now. I am pretty excited about it. I didn't think she would actually do it. I guess I should look into some gift cards for her and Ashley since their birthdays are coming up! Maybe I'll just look for Ashley.


EDIT// Jamie helped me. New layout is up and running now

The other day, Jeremy was taking a bath and I thought to myself, "Hey, I don't have any pictures of Jeremy in the bath." So, I called for my sister and she snapped a few pictures of him during bath time. Of course, I can't post them all here because I don't want any pervs getting their kicks off of my son. Anyway, here's a couple of the pictures of Jersicle.

I think these pictures are so adorable. I sure did get lucky with having such a cutie pie! He was so good this week. He didn't want to sleep at all, but he was in a great mood. He didn't get cranky at all this week. On Thursday he fell asleep in my bed. So of course I just left him there because he had a long day and I knew if I moved him, he would wake up. I ended up sleeping on the bottom of the bed because he is such a bed hog! He didn't wake up until 5:30 in the morning. After I fed him and changed him, I put him in his own bed to sleep. I guess he must have really liked my heated mattress pads!
