Cookies!
Yes, those are the cookies I made a couple weeks ago. Sorry on my delay with posting them. These are called chocolate mint sandwich cookies. I got the recipe from my Martha Stewart Cookies. Oh man, these cookies were so good. The only problem I had was that I didn’t make enough of them! My family wanted more. They tasted just like girlscout cookies. I will have to make them again. Although, the next cookies I make are going to be caramel cookies. My sister said she was tired of me making just chocolate cookies. Haha. I can’t help, I love chocolate! They came out very well and were very easy to bake. You can get the recipe over at frosted fantasie.

21st Birthday
Last week I turned 21. Yay. Okay, so to me it was just turning another number. It wasn't something I wanted to go out and get smashed. Just wasn't in me. 
But I did make margaritas and shared the time with my mother and sister. Which was a lot more fun than going out with friends and going to a bar or something typical like that. I enjoyed the night with my family. Before all that, my sister made me a cake, which was delicious. Here's a couple pictures of the festivities.

Warm Weather and Twilight
The weather has been absolutely beautiful. Although, the past couple days have not been as hot as last week. Which I am not complaining about at all. I love when the weather is just right.
I have almost completed the first Twilight book. I'm having it read to me while I work. Well, the book is amazing. So, I watched the movie before I completed the book. And the movie was amazing too. I want to watch it again, it was so good. I'm almost done with the book. I think there is only one chapter left to be read to me. I am very excited to read all the other books. Well, have them read to me. It sure does help pass the time while I work. I'll start where I've left at and next thing I know, I'm almost done working! It goes by so fast. I love it.
I almost love it as much as I love Outer Banks foreclosures. Okay, maybe not that much.

Memorial Day BBQ Fun
Yesterday day we had a wonderful BBQ. Of course, Trevor did all the work. He always does when it comes to a BBQ. My mom made potato salad and apple salad. Of course she won me over when she said she was making the potato salad. Oh how I love potato salad! The apple salad was very good too! Jeremy got his own little hamburger and some potato salad. Jeremy loves eating at the table with everyone. Although, he is not allowed to sit next to his uncle Jamie anymore! Jamie would bang on the table and Jeremy decided to copy him and bang on the table right back! Then Jeremy kept grabbing Jamie's hand trying to provoke him to do it more! Jeremy loves his uncle Jamie. Jamie doesn't have to do anything to get a smile out of that kid. All he has to do is walk in the room. Peeves me because there are days I have to work so hard to get a smile out of that boy! I guess I will just find some books to read on how to be like an uncle Jamie!

Birthday on Friday
This Friday is my birthday! May 22! I can't believe I will be 21 years old. This year has been just flying by. I don't have any plans for my birthday. Just staying at home and enjoying the day with my family. It'll be my first birthday home in 2 years. I'm excited to be with my family. Last year I spent my birthday on the road coming to Indiana. That was fun. Almost as fun as nuphedra reviews!
Pretty soon and it will be Jeremy's birthday. August 14th is his birthday. That is less than 3 months away. Can you believe it? Where has all the time gone? He is growing up so fast. It's hard to keep up with him! Everyday it's something new with him. He is always surprising me with something. I am going to take him to get pictures done for his birthday. I gotta have pictures of his first birthday! I'm planning on having a nice little BBQ for his birthday at the park up the road. Or possibly going to Ohio to the big lake there. It'll be a blast.
