That Time Again

I can't believe that tomorrow is Christmas Eve. Time is going by so fast. I don't like it. But, I can't wait for this month to be over with. I'm torn between it. =/

One thing that I am super excited for Walmart to start slowing down. It will be so nice. It has been a mad house there. All the people buying a bunch of Christmas gifts. Buying gifts for girls and gifts for boys. It is just insane. I'm kind of jealous to see all the people shopping and all I get to do is work. I am just glad that I have tomorrow off and I don't go in until 10 PM on Christmas night. Plus, I have Monday off. It will be like having a three day weekend!

I better get ready for bed. It is getting kind of late.

Ocean

I really want to go to the ocean. I've been thinking about it for the past couple of weeks. I miss the smell of the ocean. And all the sounds it makes. I think its one of the biggest things I miss about California. I enjoyed the fact that it was only an hour and a half away. It was so nice. Now, I don't know where the ocean is. Hahaha. I think it's like, 10 hours away or something. It's pretty far. Which makes it impossible to go smell it.

Maybe one day soon I can go and see the ocean again. That would be nice. I wouldn't even mind all the dead sea minerals that are everywhere. Haha. I just want to see it!

What Nerve

I was downstairs minding my own business when my mom told me to go upstairs and post on my site. What nerve she has! I guess she doesn't think I post enough or put enough effort into it. Pfft. It's not like my site makes her buy hair loss shampoo. She does that on her own.

Right now she's making some delicious dinner. She had my help of course. I told her she needed to go do my posts, but apparently she didn't care too much for that idea. It figures. Always slacking at something!

I guess I will see if she is happy enough with this post. She better be. It is the best that she will get!

Volume 2

So the other day I caved in and bought volume 2 of season 8 of Buffy. I know I said I was going to wait a little bit before I bought it, but I just couldn't help it. It's kind of like my brain fat burner. Haha. I just love it so much! I couldn't help myself.

I should be getting it sometime next week. I am very excited for it! This one is going to have Faith in it. I love Faith. She was so awesome in the show.

The pictures in the comics are so awesome too. They look just like the characters! Everyone should own a copy!

The Notebook

So I finished ChaCha a little early tonight and decided I wanted to kick back and watch a movie. Well, I decided on watching The Notebook. Even though I've seen it about 100 times. I just love that movie oh so much. It has got to be one of the sweetest love movies I've ever watched. I haven't watched it in a long time, so it was almost like watching it for the first time. Sort of. Thank goodness for desktop computers. That's what I watched it on. Then again, I watch all my stuff on there. Only way to do it!

I think tonight I will be calling it an early night. I realized there's really nothing to do on the computer when I'm not on ChaCha. Everything that I do only takes up about 10 minutes at the most. Pretty pathetic isn't it? Haha. Oh well.

Night With Courtnie

On Friday, I went over to Courtnie's dorm room. We had a lot of fun. It was the first time I've seen her since I have been back from California. Of course, in that picture my hair looks terrible. It was raining pretty bad that night and I got so wet. As you can see. But, none the less, it was still fun. I spent a lot of time showing her different affordable life insurance rates online. It was nice seeing her. She is a really nice girl.

It was so cold that night! And today is no better. I guess I should just say goodbye to the warm weather. Now it's time to break out all my sweaters and sweat pants. Oh how I love winter.

Snow?

Earlier in the week, the weather forecast had snow on it. Yes, that's right, snow. And it's only October! It's already so cold here. I can tell that this winter is not going to be nice. I better go shopping for major things such as computer memory before it gets too cold and I don't want to leave the house!

Speaking of October, can you believe this month is halfway over? Geeze. Time sure is flying by. Before we know it, it's going to be Christmas. I actually can't wait for Christmas. It's going to be so much fun with Jeremy. He's going to love it. He'll be getting into everything. And he'll love all the sweets that my mom and sister bake for the holidays. I'm sure he'll be following them around like a lost puppy.

Childhood Dreams

Does everyone remember this sexy little number? Oh yes, the one and only Mark Mcgrath. The new Sugar Ray CD is absolutely amazing. I have it on repeat all the time now. Haha. I remember being in love with him when I was in 4th or 5th grade. I told all my friends, 'I'm going to marry him one day. I will be Mrs. Mcgrath.' WELL, as it turns out, that didn't happen. But, I can still dream right?

Sugar Ray is going to the Boardwalk on September 14th. Oh I love the Boardwalk. All the good bands play there. Too bad I won't be there. It figures they play while I'm not there. I asked my good friend Sean to go and take pictures with all of his digital cameras and get his autograph for me. Will he do it? Probably not. But, it would really make my ~~day~~ year if he did. Here's to hoping! Oh the 14th is filled with good stuff. Uh, like Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill returning! Woohoo! The 14th is a good day in every month. HELLO August 14th!

Too Sweet

So I have this weird addiction to putting vanilla shots into my sodas when I get one from the gas station. I have my sister to blame for this. I've been drinking nothing but diet sodas because I don't want the sugar anymore. WELL, today I decided to walk on the line and I got a regular pepsi with a shot of vanilla. I use to be able to handle this. Today I took a sip out of it and oh my goodness, it tasted so sweet! I was totally not use to it anymore. BUT, I'll still drink it. I don't want it to go to waste like a Nespresso. Yucko. But, I think this will be the last one I drink. I just can't handle it anymore. Haha.

More water for me please!

Okay, seriously. Doesn't that look so relaxing? Right now I'm totally looking at some cheap miami hotel deals anddddddddddd I really want to go. I've never been to Florida. But I've heard it's where all the hot messes go. I totally could dig that. Although, in October I'm visiting all my lovelies in California. So, I guess I could just go to the beach then. Buuuuut. It's October! Hmm, hopefully it'll still be nice and toasty warm. I miss beaches. But I will be reunited with my sweet love San Francisco soon enough. 2 weeks is enough time to enjoy it I'm looking forward to my mini vacation. Although, the only 'reason I'm going is for Jeremy to meet his other grandparents. But I will enjoy it while I can!

While I work, I like to listen to pandora.com. I like how I can create my own playlists and I don't have to download anything. It makes things a lot easier. Well, one of the stations I have set up is pop music. I like to switch my music up once in a while Mr. Timberlake keeps coming on and it reminds me of how I use to have those cds and what not. Oh the crush I have on that man. I mean, just look at him.

How could you not find that face attractive?! Geeze and with the voice he has. Oh if only. I'd have to get Blue Advantage if I ever met him because I think I would pass out! Ok, maybe not pass out. Ms. Biel is one lucky lady! Oh how I envy her.

Oh my gosh. I was looking through this website, yet again, and this is what I found. It's a brioche bun with cotton candy filling. This looks absolutely disgusting. Who could eat something like that?! Seriously?! That just makes me sick looking at it. Yuck. Some of the things I see people come up with makes me think to myself, why would you eat that? I'm surprised I don't see things like this being sold at stores. You purchase these at a store and the barcode scanner comes up with, 'guaranteed heart burn'. Geeze.

We were ~~suppose~~ to get a storm today. BUT that moved out. I guess it's not going to get as hot as it was suppose to. Which is a major plus. I'm not a fan of the heat.

Oh my goodness. Look at how huge this cake is. I love eating cakes. Well, I love eating anything that is sweet. And this, this tops it all. I have never seen anything like this. And let me tell you, I wouldn't mind taking a slice out of this here cake! It just looks like a huge stomach ache! But it's okay! Looking at this really makes me want to bake something. But unfortunately, you need money to do those kinds of things. And unfortunately I lack in that department. One day though, I will be living large in an rv and traveling the world. And eating all the yummy foods. Oh that would be the dream right there! Shoot for the stars, Shaina. Shoot for the stars.

Marley And Me

Has anyone seen this movie, Marley and Me? Well, I watched it yesterday. I knew I shouldn't have watched it. I knew it was going to make me cry. My sister warned me after she read the reviews. But, I just wanted to see it because I heard it was pretty funny. Until you got to the end. I think I cried for like 20 minutes straight. It was terrible! So sad! I won't watch that movie again.

A positive note to add, I watched the new Night At The Museum. Now that was a funny movie with no crying! I really enjoyed it. Too bad the movie didn't add anything about Westgate. But even without it, it was still good. Although, I think I enjoyed the first one more than the second one. I wouldn't mind watching it again.

Movies!

Last night I watched Night At The Museum for the first time. Let me tell you, that movie cracked me up. I now want to see the second one. Owen Wilson was my favorite character. The things he said made me laugh so hard. And of course he was so little which just made me laugh more. "I don't like to be man handled!" Haha. I want to watch it again. That's a movie I wouldn't mind owning.

Speaking of owning movies, I really want to buy the set of the X-Men movies. Yes, I love the X-Men. The new Wolverine movie was awesome. I think it's the best out of the X-Men series. If you're a fan, you should definitely check out the movie. It's really good. Almost as good as international travel insurance. Okay, it might be a little better than that

I also saw the movie with Beyonce, 'Obsessed'. It wasn't as good as it looked. I wouldn't see that one again. Ghosts of Girlfriends Past was a really cute movie. I would watch it again.

Anyway, that's pretty much all the movies I have seen recently. There's no other movies out currently that I want to see.
